内容
エディタに vue-i18n を導入して、翻訳を行います。
一旦、1コンポーネントの1単語のみ翻訳を行っています。
ライブラリの使い方のたたき台です。

src/locales/ja.jsonの wheel の項目に wheel と入れた場合、翻訳ファイルが反映されていることが確認できます。
